Non-surgical permanent gluteoplasty by Dr Hotaki — True Lifting
True mechanical lifting
Another unique procedure I have developed is non-surgical permanent gluteoplasty. I work with the position of descended buttock tissues. The aim of my technique is to lift and support them while preserving individual body proportions.
No BBL. No fat grafting. No fillers.
My technique uses neither fat grafting nor filler injections. Correction is achieved by mechanically lifting the patient’s own tissues. It addresses tissue descent rather than enlarging the buttocks by adding volume.
Lifting tissues and creating support
I use a flexible non-absorbable implant and a needle I designed to provide mechanical support. Individual planning considers tissue position, the extent of descent, asymmetry and the desired direction of lift. “Permanent” refers to the non-absorbable material; natural tissue changes continue over time.
Recovery and the approach
In my practice, I aim for minimal tissue trauma and a short recovery period. The actual recovery time depends on the extent of correction and individual factors. Because I do not inject fillers or graft fat, the procedure does not involve risks specific to administering those materials. Implant-based treatment has its own risks, which I discuss during consultation.
Assessment comes before planning
I assess tissue position, buttock contour, skin quality and symmetry. I then determine whether mechanical lifting is appropriate for the patient’s goals and plan the directions of support. My aim is individual correction that respects anatomy and expectations.
