Permanent non-surgical face lift using Dr Hotaki’s method
Face Lift begins with understanding facial shape
I spent five years developing my permanent non-surgical lifting method. In facial treatment, I focus on the facial outline, jawline and tissue position in the midface and lower face. I assess the contribution of descent, volume and skin quality before developing an individual plan.
My implant and planned directions of facial support
My method combines a soft, flexible, non-absorbable polypropylene implant without barbs and my custom-designed needle. I plan support according to anatomy, pre-existing asymmetry and tissue position. The distinctive combination of this construction and individual placement planning aims to change facial contour without surgical skin removal.
Face Lift: six-month result
I performed face lift using my author-developed method. The photographs show the patient before treatment and six months afterwards. No other procedures were performed during this period. The patient consented to publication of her photographs.

Support designed to oppose further sagging
I developed the method with two objectives: to address existing descent and to establish lasting mechanical support intended to oppose further downward tissue displacement. This is a design objective of the implant.
Preserving the individuality of the face
My aim is to work with tissue position while preserving individual facial features. I do not use one standard plan for everyone. I assess each side separately, the jawline and the relationship between facial regions. These photographs present one of my clinical cases at six months.
